Este look tiene todos mis favoritos del momento: skorts, chaquetas de cuero y sombreros. Donde yo vivo el calor es la pieza faltante a tu outfit incompleto. Así que cuando caen unas pequeñas gotas de lluvia incluso a 33 grados, aprovecho de usar mis suéteres y chaquetas bellas.

Creo que a este look lo que le hace falta es un choker y unas botas para ser totalmente de los 90's, sin embargo está un poco inspirado en esa época. Todo en la moda vuelve, y esa es una de mis cosas favoritas de ella. Me encanta toda esta onda de los 90's que se ve en las pasarelas: los cuadros, el cuero, sombreros, tops, botas, etc.

This look has everything I love the most right now: skorts, leather jackets and hats. The city where I live it's always hot, so when it starts raining that's like heaven even if it's 33 degrees. So I take the advantage of this to wear all my favorite sweaters and jackets.

I think this look is missing a choker and a pair of boots to be like this kind of "edgy grunge" 90's look, however, it's a little bit inspired with this plaid skirt and the black leather. What goes around comes back around in fashion, and that's the thing I like the most about it. I love this 90's vibe inspired looks on the runways: plaid patterns, leather, crop tops, chunky boots, hats, etc.

PATRICIA FUMO FLORAL SHIRT

Antes de empezar a escribir este post quiero comentarles que estoy super emocionada porque ahora formo parte de River Island! Me encanta el crecimiento que está teniendo mi blog y esto sólo esta sucediendo porque desde que comenzó el año me propuse a ponerle un 100% de dedicación.

Si hay un look con el cual me sienta identificada definitivamente es éste, no porque sea mi favorito sino porque me recuerda mucho de quien soy y de donde vengo, ¿por qué? la diseñadora de esta camisa es de la misma ciudad donde nací, San Cristóbal (sí, soy gochita jajaja) y apenas la vi me encantó totalmente en la tienda Amuya.

Patricia Fumo es una excelente diseñadora, tuve el placer de ir a su tienda y sus colecciones son hermosas, su última colección "Arrecife" definitivamente no tiene palabras, y simplemente me siento identificada porque somos de la misma ciudad y ella ha tenido un grandioso éxito a nivel nacional, lo cual me hace sentir muy orgullosa del talento de mi ciudad.

Éste es el último post con mis looks de mis vacaciones en Venezuela, a partir de ahora todos serán de acuerdo a la temporada y los que vienen son súper abrigados. El invierno empezó en diciembre, pero el invierno fuerte hasta ahorita está comenzando y es hasta marzo.

I want to start this post telling you guys that now I'm part of the family of River Island, I love all the growing that my blog has been having since I started proposing myself to be constant and it's happening! So I'll keep putting a 100% of dedication on it.

This the last post with looks from my vacations in Venezuela, now all my looks are going to be very wintery and with coats and that stuff. The winter started in december, but the heavy winter is just starting, and it's going to be till march, It's freezing!

LOVING LEATHER

Este es uno de los looks que tengo guardado de mis vacaciones en Venezuela. Es el momento perfecto para usar una chaqueta de cuero porque fue justamente en diciembre/enero es cuando hay un poquito de frío en el país.

Como lo dije en uno de los posts anteriores, mi viaje a Venezuela fue algo no muy planeado, tuve ciertos problemas que hicieron que supiera si viajaba o no el día antes de la fecha de vuelo, y con tanto estrés no metí absolutamente nada (no funciono bajo presión). Cuando llegué a Venezuela y quería salir sentía que me faltaba algo porque no llevé NADA de accesorios y estuve en una improvisación constante (incluso para las fechas más importantes, el 24 y 31). Así que para este look no llevo muchos accesorios, y como dicen por ahí: menos es más. Agregué la chaqueta de cuero para no verme tan plain, pero quienes se llevan el protagonismo definitivamente son los zapatos (los amo). 

Si me hicieran alguna pregunta sobre mi ropa y qué es lo más caro que he comprado definitivamente son estos zapatos. Son de River Island, una marca europea con unos precios un poco elevados (parecida a Topshop) donde Rihanna hace colaboraciones sacando colecciones de ropa para ellos. Pero dejando a un lado el precio, son lo más cómodo y versátil del mundo, se pueden usar con cualquier cosa, así que si, si valen la pena los euros gastados.

As I said in previous posts, my trip to Venezuela wasn't planned, I had a lot of problems which made I knew I was traveling the day before the flight, and with too much stress I didn't bring anything with me (I cannot work with the pressure on me). When I arrived to Venezuela and I wanted to go out I felt uncomfortable and that something was missing because I didn't pack NOTHING, so I had to improvise all the time. For this look I'm not wearing accessories and that's okay because less is more, I wanted to give the leadership to the shoes.

If someone asked me: what would be your most expensive garment? The answer's definitely this shoes. This shoes are from River Island, an european brand that is pretty deer (just like Topshop) and Rihanna collaborates with them designing collections for them. But forgetting about the price, this shoes are the most comfortable ever and versatile, you can use them with anything, so the money's worth it.

ALMOST TOTAL WHITE

Una de las tendencias que más me gusta es el Total White, quise probar a ver qué tal sería estar vestido totalmente de blanco porque siempre ando de negro y la maryoría de mis prendas son negras o de colores oscuros. Mi intento de Total White fue más o menos fallido jajaja, me di cuenta que sólo tengo un vestido, una camisa básica, 2 shorts y como 3 franelas de color blanco en mi clóset. Así que intenté combinar mis prendas y esto fue lo que salió.

Le agregué el blazer y el clutch de palmeras porque me pareció súper veraniego y le podría agregar algo divertido al look, aparte de eso he estado buscando con qué ponerme ese clutch y no sabía con que combinarlo, así que finally I did it!

One of my favorite trends is Total White or White on White, I wanted to try being dressed from head to toes on white because I always dress with dark colors or total black, I don't have a lot of pastel or neon garments. My attempt of total white was a little bit failed, I opened my closet and I just saw a white dress, one white blouse, 2 white shorts and 3 white tanks. So I tried to combine all those garments and this is the result.

I added the pink pastel blazer and the palm trees printed clutch because I thought that it would give a summery and funny look to the outfit, appart from that I have been trying to combine this clutch with something and I finally found the perfect outfit for that!

TROPICAL FOR SEPTEMBER

Con mi blog he aprendido muchísimas cosas, una de estas cosas (que es la que mas me encanta) es que he aprendido a visualizar bien mi clóset y sacar outfits totalmente distintos, sé que la mayoría de las mujeres que vayan a leer esto se sentirán un 100% identificadas puesto que este es nuestro drama cada vez que vamos a salir a un sitio: "No sé que ponerme", "No tengo ropa", "¡Necesito salir a comprar ropa ya!"... y muchas otras frases que decimos casi todos los días.

Les daré un consejo para que esto no ocurra tan seguido, cuando estén en su tiempo libre abran el clóset y saquen prenda por prenda, comienzan a combinarlo con todo (por más loco que se vea a la vista) porque puesto es otra cosa totalmente distinta, estampados con estampados, prendas del mismo color, también buscar inspiración para poder sacar algo totalmente distinto a lo que usas siempre.

Una de las prendas a las cuales le he agarrado muchísimo cariño son a este tipo de pantalones baggy, dan muy linda forma y con un corte alto y unos tacones te hacen lucir más alta. Me he comprado como 4 pantalones de este tipo ya en menos de 2 meses y simplemente los amo.

With my blog I have learned so much things, one of the things I liked most is that I have learned how to visualize my closet and take off different outfits, I know that most of the girls that are reading this will feel 100% identified with this every time we need to go out: "OMG I have nothing to wear", "I have no clothes", "I need to go shopping now!"... and so many other phrases we use almost every day.

I will give you an advice, when you have time take out everything of your closet and start matching garments and as crazy as it looks just try it on and you will get at least one outfit I promise! Match prints with prints, clothes of the same color, look for inspiration too and you'll see you will get totally different outfits.

One of the clothes I have loved the most are this baggy pants, they look so good and with the high cut and nice heels they will make you look taller. I have bought 4 pants like this in less than 2 months, I just love them!

GETTING HOT IN HERE.

Siento que les debo a todos ustedes una disculpa grandísima, estuve muy ocupada estas dos últimas semanas con tantas cosas que ya ni sabía que hacer. Tuve mi prueba de admisión en la universidad y estuve estudiando como loca, aparte de eso tuve un desfile de modas y una sesión de fotos y la verdad tuve que sacar tiempo de donde no lo tenía, tuve que renunciar a varias cosas, horrible lo sé.

Estas fotos me las tomé hace varias semanas, cuando la época de calor en mi ciudad estaba a su máxima expresión, durante esos días lo único que hacía era salir en shorts o faldas y franelillas puesto que el calor era horrible. Durante esta semana estaré poniendo muchos looks viejos que tengo aquí en mi computadora por dos razones, la primera es que mis fines de semana están super ocupados y no me da tiempo de salir a tomarme fotos con mis looks, y la segunda es que la inseguridad aquí en mi país se esta volviendo peor, hasta el punto tal que casi roban a un amigo saliendo de mi propia casa. La peor parte es que tengo muchas ganas de tomarme fotos puesto que he quiero mostrarles demasiados looks :(.

I feel I owe you one guys, I need to apologize with you, I was so busy the last 2 weekends with so much things to do that I didn't know what to do. I had my admission test for the university and I was studying so much, besides to that, I had a fashion show and a photoshoot so I was a little bit busy. 

I took this pictures weeks ago, when the warm season in my city was in their maximum expression, during those days the only things I wore were tank tops, shorts and skirts because the warm was horrible. This week I'll be posting old looks I have here in my computer for 2 reasons, the first one is that my weekends are so full and I have no time to take pictures of my looks, and the second one is that the insecurity in my country is getting worst and worst everyday to the point that a friend almost got stolen getting out of my own house!. The worst part is that I want to show you so much looks guys :(.

LOVELY, MILITARY.

Fin de semana al fin, nada mejor que tener tiempo para editar, agregar al borrador nuevos posts y pensar nuevas ideas, lamentablemente este fin de semana no está tan libre como los otros, tengo un montón de cosas por hacer que creo que nunca había estado tan full. Se me aproximan dos graduaciones, la de mi colegio y la de mi modelaje, aparte de eso, eventos, fiestas a las que debo asistir y sesiones de fotos. Sin embargo el blog siempre ocupa un pequeño espacio en mi agenda (la mayoría de las veces) y me estoy proponiendo a postear más seguido todavía.

Durante el fin de semana pasado pensé en muchas ideas para hacer mi blog cada vez más grande y agregarle nuevas secciones. Quiero hacer videos DIY, más peinados, maquillajes, también quiero abrir una sección de diseñadores nacionales y entrevistas o preguntas a bloggers, ¡espero poder hacerlo muy pronto!

En mi ciudad siempre hace calor, pero últimamente el calor que hace no es nada normal (aunque ya comienzan las lluvias), obviando eso, espero que esto le sirva de inspiración a chicas que viven en ciudades muy tropicales. La camisa la compré en Bershka, es de la colección de primavera 2013, los shorts de Bershka también pero son de la colección de verano 2011 (vistos en ESTE post), los zapatos comodísimos de Charlotte Russe y los accesorios de Exotik y Complot.

Weekend finally, nothing better that have time to edit, write some posts and think in new ideas, unfortunately this weekend I won't be as available as the others, I have a lot of things to do that I think that I had never been so full. I have my prom graduation, my modeling graduation, events, parties, photoshoots, so much things but I always have time to my blog (the most of the time) and I am proposing myself to post more often.

During the last weekend I thought in so many ideas for the blog, DIY videos, more hairstyles, makeup tutorials and I wanna open a new section about national designers and interviews or questions to other bloggers, I hope I can do that sooner!

My city is always warm, but recently the warmth isn't normal (thanks god the rainy season is starting), obviating that, I hope this serve for inspiration to other girls living in warm cities. I bought the shirt in Bershka, is from spring 2013 collection, the shorts are from Bershka too but from summer 2011 collection (seen in THIS post), comfy shoes from Charlotte Russe and the accessories from Exotik and Complot

BIRTHDAY GIRL!

Publiqué este post un poquito más tarde debido a mi cumpleaños, estaba un poco ocupada, pero aquí estoy y no me olvido de ustedes mis lectores en este día tan especial, muchísimas gracias a todos aquellos que me han felicitado de verdad que han hecho que mi día sea excelente <3

Como hoy es mi cumpleaños decidí postear un look un poco elegante de modo que sea una celebración, este look lo utilicé para el año nuevo y me encantó muchísimo, solamente que se me había olvidado tomarme fotos con el look.

Lo que más me gusta del vestido es su escote en la espalda, y así no salga en las fotos, es muy pronunciado y las perlas en la parte de adelante hace que se vea mucho más elegante y que no parezca un vestido común y corriente, lo combiné con unos zapatos nude para que se viera mucho más impecable el look y la boca de rojo para variar un poco y resaltar más.

Today is my birthday so I decided to post something classy and elegant, I wore this outfit in New Year's Eve and I loved it so much, but I totally forgot to take pictures with the outfit.

What I liked the most about the dress is the backless part and the pearls turn the dress classier and looks more elegant and not like a normal dress, then I combined it with nude shoes to give the outfit a dapper look and red lips to vary and stand out the lips.

STRIPES LOVER

Uno de los estampados que siempre he amado han sido las rayas, en mi closet tengo casi un 25% de prendas con estampados de rayas, y para completar más esta obsesión, me considero adicta al estampado de rayas blanco y negro tanto horizontales como verticales.

El estampado de rayas se convirtió en tendencia para esta primavera y podremos ver en las calles todo tipo de prendas con rayas blanco y negro, yo no perdí mi oportunidad y me compré un pantalón de rayas que lo deseaba desde hace mucho, estaba en mi wishlist y aproveché la oportunidad de un día de compras para llevármelo.

One of the prints I love so much are stripes, I have at least a 25% of striped clothes and to tell you that I'm more obsessed, I consider myself addict to the black and white stripped print both horizontal and vertical.

The stripped print became trend this spring and you can see in the streets every type of clothes carrying black and white stripes, I didn't miss this opportunity so I bought a black and white stripped pant that I wanted so much, actually, It was in my wishlist.

Los pantalones de rayas son tan versátiles y fáciles de combinar, que pueden combinarse tanto con prendas negras, blancas y hasta de todos los colores, en este post me decidí ir por lo básico y darle un toque un poco rockero al look combinándolo con una chaqueta de cuero y una básica negra para que el pantalón fuera protagonista.

The black and white stripped pants are so easy to combine, you can combine it with black, white or every color clothes, in this post I decided to go by basic and give it a rocker look, combining it with a leather jacket and a basic top to make the pant the protagonist of this look.
